After you are satisfied with the price and sample, you can place your order, and we will handle mass production, quality inspection, and door-to-door logistics.
BaiChen ensures product quality and provides free replacement or compensation to you if any quality issues should arise.

Basic Plan
If you decide to use your own suppliers in China, we can collaborate with them to ensure the products are manufactured according to your requirements.
Once your suppliers send the cargo to our warehouse, we will conduct quality inspections and arrange door-to-door logistics.
Service Fee: 3% of the product value, with a minimum fee of $80.

The road to a successful sourcing journey begins by comprehensively understanding your requirements. We focus on establishing clear and open lines of communication from the onset to successfully grasp your unique objectives, quality expectations, budget stipulations, product specifications, and delivery timelines.

3. Make PI quotation according to supplier
Get a free quotation from BaiChen and compare it with any existing quotes from your own supplier.
4. Sample Validation
After the suppliers are vetted, we request product samples to ensure they align with your specifications and quality standards. The samples are rigorously tested for compliance with the set parameters which provides us a clear and unambiguous evaluation of a prospective order.
5. Negotiating Prices
Negotiating advantageous prices is a crucial step in our sourcing process. Our experienced team works diligently to ensure that the final price points align with your budget without compromising the desired quality, facilitating the best possible return on your investment.
6. Placing the Order and Contract Execution
Upon successful negotiation, we assist you in placing the order and ensure the contract safeguards your interests effectively. We pay special attention to the details, ensuring product specifications, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contingencies are clear and mutually agreed upon.
7. Quality Control and Inspection During Production
We prioritize product quality above all, conducting multiple quality checks and inspections throughout the production stage. Completion of production is followed by another round of inspections, ensuring that the products adhere to the committed quality standards before shipment.
8. Overseeing Shipping and Logistics
The final step of our sourcing solution involves the coordination of logistics and shipping. We ensure the products are shipped as per the contractually agreed Incoterms and actively keep you updated throughout the shipping process until the products reach your premises.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the main difference between VIP Program Plan and Basic Plan?
- With VIP Program Plan, you purchase directly from BaiChen’s supplier network, and BaiChen guarantees product quality and compensates you in case of any quality issues.
- With Basic Plan, you use your own supplier resources, and BaiChen negotiates with your supplier to resolve any quality issues, but the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.
Can I use both VIP Program Plan and Basic Plan simultaneously?
- Yes, you can.
- If you have multiple products to source, you can create a Basic Plan order for those you buy from your own suppliers and a VIP Program Plan order for those you buy from BaiChen’s suppliers.
How is the service fee calculated for low-value mixed orders?
- For the Basic Plan, the minimum service fee is $80.
- For both the Basic Plan and VIP Program Plan, when ordering multiple products, each should have a minimum purchase value of $300. However, we calculate this as an average across all items.
- If the total order value divided by the number of products meets or exceeds $300 (e.g., $12,00 for four products), no additional handling fee applies.
- If the total falls short and includes too many low-value items, a $10 handling fee per product will be charged for those below the minimum.
Will you share the supplier information from the VIP Program Plan?
- Sorry! Because many of our customers are involved in private model products and have signed confidentiality agreements, it is not convenient for us to provide the location of the factory.
- However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.
How do you conduct quality inspections?
- By default, we provide free quality inspections according to AQL 2.5 standards, regardless of whether the cargo has been reworked by factories due to previous quality issues.
- We can also offer inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-by-one basis, but this service is charged separately and quoted accordingly.
How do you charge for photography?
- The quality inspection service includes photos and is free of charge.
- However, if you need to conduct on-site inspections of suppliers across regions, there will be an additional charge.
