Hari ini, we successfully fulfilled an order for a new client in South America, earning their high praise!
The client, an engineering firm based in Brazil, reached out to us via our website.
They needed a heavy-duty cabinet bracket; the order value was $3,000 USD.
The client’s pain points:
Expensive Tooling Fee: An extra $1,500 USD mould fee was required—eating up 50%;
Logistics and packaging costs were spiralling out of control.
They required custom branding—specifically, an engraved logo and printed inner packaging.

a. Sourcing and Delivery
The product in question—a heavy-duty damper bracket—was initially sourced by the client from a supplier on 1688.com.
That supplier required a minimum order quantity (MOQ) daripada 500 units and demanded an additional $1,500 USD for mould-making.
This far exceeded the client’s budget, even before accounting for shipping costs.
Akibatnya, Baichen promptly activated “Plan B.”
We consulted our long-standing network of suppliers to see if any could handle the project.
Through a trusted contact, we were introduced to a manufacturer already producing similar components.
Based in Foshan, this factory proved to be highly capable and held various patents and certifications.
Tambahan pula, since the factory is located within Guangdong Province, we were able to pick up the goods ourselves, resulting in significant savings on shipping costs.
After confirming with the client, we transferred the order to this Foshan-based manufacturer.
b. Quality Inspection and Shipment
At Baichen, we never compromise on our quality inspection standards—regardless of the order size.
Once mass production was complete, our Quality Control (QC) engineers arrived at the workshop in Foshan to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI).
The inspection included:
- Physical measurements of dimensions and load-bearing capacity: Verifying key mounting hole spacing, material thickness, and the performance of the hydraulic soft-close dampening mechanisms.
- Verification of client specifications: Ensuring that laser-engraved logos are clear and free of burrs, and that packaging meets the standards required for drop-test durability.
- Delivery documentation: Providing high-definition 4K photos from multiple angles, detailed measurement data (including tolerances), and videos of installation tests.
Akhirnya, once the client provided full approval, we proceeded with the loading process.

c. Why does Baichen place such a strong emphasis on post-production quality control?
- The goal is not merely to identify issues, but—more importantly—to allow importers the opportunity to rectify them before the goods leave China.
- If such problems were only discovered upon the shipment’s arrival in Brazil,
- the scope for taking corrective action would be extremely limited,
- and the potential losses—such as customer complaints, product returns, and damage to brand reputation—would be difficult to quantify.
Akhirnya, thank you for choosing Baichen!
